Information we collect

We collect account identifiers, contact and delivery information, order details, partner applications, support communications, and operational records needed to provide Pine & Pour. During an active delivery, location information may be used only when the driver grants permission and the feature is enabled.

How information is used

We use information to authenticate accounts, process requests, coordinate licensed stores and approved drivers, verify delivery eligibility, prevent fraud, provide support, meet legal obligations, and improve reliability.

Sharing

Order information is shared only with the licensed store, assigned driver, service providers, and authorities when legally required. We do not sell personal information. Payment providers process card information under their own privacy terms once payments are activated.

Retention and security

We retain transaction and compliance records as required for business, tax, safety, dispute, and legal purposes. Access is restricted by role. No online service can promise absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion through the app or by emailing support@tylerrossusa.com. Some transaction records may be retained when required by law.
