Order issues

Include the order reference, the problem, and the best phone number for follow-up. The licensed store controls product availability, substitutions, and alcohol returns.

Account deletion

Signed-in customers can submit an account-deletion request from the Pine & Pour iPhone app. We remove eligible account data while retaining records required for legal, fraud, tax, safety, or dispute purposes.

Current service status

Pine & Pour is in a pre-launch pilot. Ordering and payment availability depends on licensed-store activation and local approval.
