Customer requirements

The ordering customer and recipient must be 21 or older. The recipient must meet the driver in person, provide acceptable photo identification, and must not appear visibly intoxicated.

Driver requirements

Drivers must complete approval and required training, keep their license and insurance current, secure orders during transport, never leave alcohol unattended, verify identification, and return refused deliveries.

No-contact delivery is prohibited

Alcohol cannot be left at a door, reception desk, mailbox, or with a minor. Delivery notes never override age, identification, sobriety, or recipient-presence requirements.
