Adults only

You must be at least 21 years old to use Pine & Pour for alcohol orders. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at delivery. Age confirmation in the app does not replace delivery verification.

Licensed seller

Alcohol is sold by the identified licensed retail partner, not by an unlicensed driver. Product availability, price, tax, and acceptance remain subject to store confirmation. Pine & Pour may facilitate ordering and delivery only where legally permitted.

Refusal and returns

Delivery must be refused when the recipient is underage, cannot provide acceptable identification, appears intoxicated, is unavailable, or delivery would violate law or safety policy. Alcohol may not be left unattended.

Payments

No payment is currently processed by Pine & Pour. When activated, checkout will disclose authorization, capture, fees, tips, substitutions, cancellations, and refunds before an order is placed.

Responsible use

Do not use the service to supply minors, resell alcohol, evade purchase limits, or encourage unsafe consumption. We may suspend accounts or cooperate with authorities when necessary.
